Carlos Romero del Hombrebueno Domínguez

Carlos Romero del Hombrebueno Domínguez has had a long and varied career in the travel and technology industries. Carlos began their career in 2005 at Viajes El Corte Ingles, where they worked as a Department IT New Technologies, Commercial Direction Technician and Consultant for Corporate Travel, and was an expert in Amadeus. In 2011, they moved to VIAJES HALCON, S.A., where they worked as a Project Manager responsible for self-booking tools and led the technological transformation process. In 2015, they joined BMC TRAVEL as a Project Manager Program Management Office, where they managed different projects of the organization and launched a new B2B mobile and web application so that companies could manage their own corporate trips. In 2021, they began working at Triporate as a Product Owner. Later that year, they joined RookieWise as a Product Owner, where their main responsibilities were to communicate the vision of the product, be part of the team throughout the ideation and conceptualization phase of the product, and be responsible for the transparency and prioritization of the product backlog. Currently, they are working at Aervio as a Product Owner.

Carlos Romero del Hombrebueno Domínguez has an extensive educational background. Carlos began their studies in 2000 at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where they earned a Diplomatura de Turismo in 2003. From 2013 to 2015, they attended the Centro Nacional de Formación de Entrenadores and obtained a TECNICO DEPORTIVO GRADO MEDIO in the field of TECNICO DEPORTIVO DE FUTBOL. In 2015, they enrolled in the Escuela de Organización Industrial and completed a Programa Ejecutivo en Big Data & Business Analytics in 2016. In 2020, they attended IEBS and obtained a Posgrado in Digital Product Management. In 2022, they enrolled in Cloudftic and obtained a Postgrado Agile Project Management, Lean; Scrum y Kanban in the field of Agile Lean. Additionally, Carlos has obtained several certifications, including Management 3.0 Fundamentals, Profesionnal Scrum Master I (PSM I), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), Expert Scrum Master, Expert Product Owner, Scrum Foundations, and Kanban System Design (KMP I).
