Anderson Oliveira

Anderson Oliveira has worked at AES Brasil since 2010, initially in the role of RH and then as the Director of Operations from March 2016 to July 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Engineering starting from March 2022. Anderson also worked at AES as a manager from February 2016.

Anderson Oliveira completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul from 1987 to 1990. Anderson then pursued an Master of Business Administration - MBA at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1999 to 2001 and later at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração from 2005 to 2006. Anderson also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Energy from Escola Politécnica da USP, which they completed in 2008 to 2009.
