Christopher Ruley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christopher currently holds the role of Director Customer Care at The AES Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Manager of Customer & Employee Insights, Customer Experience Manager, and Senior Business Transformation Consultant. Before that, Christopher worked at Valve + Meter as President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2017 to 2019. Christopher also had a managerial role at Roche from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for operational excellence strategic initiatives. Additionally, they founded and served as President of THC. from 2014 to 2015, focusing on marketing strategy and business development. Christopher's earlier experience includes positions at DEFENDERS as Director of Strategic Initiatives / Partner from 2009 to 2014 and Director of Customer Relations from 2004 to 2009. Christopher began their career as a Property Manager at Equity Residential from 2001 to 2004, overseeing multiple properties and managing various operational aspects.

Christopher Ruley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology in the years 2009 to 2012. Christopher also completed a Change Management Professional Certification from PROSCI in 2019. Furthermore, Christopher earned a Certificate in M&A Integration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2012. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Certificate from the Successful Life Course program in 2009.
