John Sebastian Rossi

John Sebastian Rossi is a Project Solutions Engineer at The AES Corporation since January 2022, following an internship as a Transformational Solutions and Innovation Intern at AES-Gener, where project portfolio management and support to project leaders were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a role as a Teacher Assistant at Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, focusing on manufacturing processes, and a Research Assistant position at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, investigating photovoltaic panels and their end of life. An External Consultant at Corporación Cultiva, Rossi implemented operational redesign that significantly reduced water usage. Rossi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and completed the HASSE - NASA Senior Space School program in 2018.
