McKenzie Melius

Mckenzie Melius currently serves as a Sustainability & Impact Senior Analyst at The AES Corporation, having progressed through various roles since joining the company in January 2021, including Project Solutions Engineer and UX/UI Designer. Prior experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Tulane University, where Mckenzie assisted in Signals and Systems courses, and a Research Assistant role at Tulane's Cellular Biomechanics Lab, focusing on in vitro experiments related to breast cancer treatment. Mckenzie's internship at Applied Medical involved designing fixtures and components with SolidWorks and enhancing software using MATLAB. Mckenzie holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, both from Tulane University.
