Molly Arbes

Molly Arbes, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance Systems & Processes at The AES Corporation since December 2021. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at Community Energy, Inc. from November 2002 to January 2022, and was the Director of Finance at The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia from August 1999 to October 2002. Experience also includes serving as Audit Senior at Asher & Company, Ltd. and as a Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Molly began their career as an Operations Analyst at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University.
