Rachel Crouch

Rachel Crouch currently serves as Chief Finance Counsel and Chief Counsel, Hydrogen at The AES Corporation, with a career onset that includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Previously, Rachel worked at Norton Rose Fulbright as a Senior Associate, focusing on financing and equity transactions in various sectors such as energy and infrastructure across the U.S. and Latin America. Earlier experience includes positions as an associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, in addition to a law clerk position at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Rachel began her career at The Boston Consulting Group. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia.
