Elena Paladi

Elena Paladi is a highly experienced professional in the fields of nuclear security, nonproliferation, customs, and international economic relations. With a background in management and customs capacity building, Elena has held various roles with organizations such as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova. Elena currently serves as a Team Leader for on-site technical assistance to the EU CBRN CoE Regional Secretariats. Elena's academic achievements include a Doctorate in Management of International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau, Moldova, as well as fellowship programs in international management and customs capacity building. Elena also has experience as a visiting lecturer at ASEM.
