Jean Michel Sionneau

Jean Michel Sionneau is an expert in environmental issues, climate change, biodiversity, and sustainable development with extensive international consulting experience. Currently associated with NIRAS International Consulting as an Expert in Climate Change and Environment, responsibilities span various roles including Chief Technical Advisor for the EU Forest Program in Morocco and leader of missions focused on evaluating public policy sustainability in Algeria. Sionneau has worked with multiple organizations such as AECOM, AESA, and freelance projects since 2016, contributing to programs in biodiversity, governance, and environmental cooperation. Educational qualifications include a DEA in Ecology and an Agronomy Engineering degree from ENSAIA Nancy and a Master's in Ecology from the Faculté des Sciences, Orléans.
