Tim Johnston is an experienced executive coach and consultant at Aesara Partners since May 2021, while also serving on the teaching faculty at London School of Mediation Limited. Previous roles include Financial Services Consultant at Red Deer, Head of EMEA Cash High-Touch Trading & Sales-Trading at Barclays Investment Bank, and Head of EMEA Cash Equity Trading at JPMorgan Cazenove. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in event-driven investing and trading with firms such as Citadel Investment Group and Goldman Sachs. Tim Johnston holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching & Consulting for Change from INSEAD, a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, and certificates in personal and business coaching as well as civil and commercial mediation.
