Emanuela Aureli

Emanuela Aureli is a Partner and EMEA Practice Leader in Technology, Media, Telco & Services at Spencer Stuart since November 2014. Additionally, Emanuela has held various leadership roles at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) since January 2018, including Chair Emeritus, Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee, Chairperson of the Board, and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, contributing to the organization's commitment to excellence in the executive search and leadership consulting profession. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Emanuela served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry International from January 1998 to October 2014. Emanuela holds a degree in Jurisprudence with a focus on International Law from Sapienza Università di Roma.
