Manuel Clavel

Manuel Clavel is an experienced executive in the fields of FMCG, healthcare, and retail, currently serving as a Partner at Talengo since July 2014. With a strong emphasis on fostering growth and managing advisory board succession, Clavel contributes significantly to Talengo's transformative vision. As an EMEA Council Member at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants since February 2023 and a member of Panorama since September 2018, Clavel remains actively engaged in the global executive search community. Prior experience includes roles as Partner and Managing Director at Norman Broadbent España y Latinoamérica and Executive Manager at Michael Page, complemented by a background at Ernst & Young. Clavel holds a Licenciado degree in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona, completed in 1994.
