Bernadette Baylon

Bernadette Baylon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bernadette currently works as the Director of Corporate FP&A at AESC. Prior to this, they held roles at Tesla as a Senior Manager in Auto Manufacturing Accounting and Manager in Solar Manufacturing Accounting. Before joining Tesla, Bernadette worked at SunPower Corporation as a Manager in Operations Finance - Consolidation FP&A, where they interacted heavily with FP&A and Cost accounting teams. Bernadette also worked at SunPower Philippines Ltd. (ROHQ) as a Manager in Operations Finance - Consolidation FP&A, and as a Finance Section Manager for Residential & Light Commercial and Components Business Units. Bernadette began their career at James Hardie Phils., Inc. in the role of Sr. Finance Analyst / Credit & Collection Officer. Bernadette also worked at Alabang Country Club, Inc. as an Internal Audit & Budget Manager, at Diageo Philippines, Inc. as a Finance Analyst in General Accounting, and at Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. as a Budget Section Head.

Bernadette Baylon has a Diploma in Business Administration from De La Salle University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
