Darren Smith BSc CQP MCQI is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Envision AESC since May 2018, Darren previously held various key positions at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. from August 2012 to May 2018, including Section Manager and Senior Engineer, where significant contributions were made to the launch of the Nissan Micra. Prior roles at TRW encompassed Senior Quality Engineer and team leadership, focusing on enhancing technical capabilities and quality processes. Early experience includes a position as a Labourer at Durham County Council. Darren holds a BSc Degree in Management, Leadership and Change from The Open University.
