Gina Broce

Gina Broce is an accomplished professional in the fields of digital engineering and construction management, currently serving as the Global Lead for Digital Factory at AESC since August 2023. With extensive experience at Tesla from January 2021 to July 2024, Gina held roles as Virtual Design and Construction Lead and BIM/VDC Manager. Prior to Tesla, Gina worked at Ingenieurbüro Helmut Kläs GmbH & Co. KG as BIM Manager and Mechanical Project Manager, overseeing the planning and coordination of MEP systems. Additional roles include Electrical Design Engineer at HEBERGER GMBH, QA Team Coordinator for the Panama Canal Expansion at Mallol & Mallol Arquitectos, and Electromechanical BIM Coordinator for Panama BIM. Gina's career began as a Project Manager at Refristore and as an Assistant Engineer at SOLUTEC S.A., where foundational skills in engineering design and project execution were developed. Gina holds a Licentiate degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, earned between 2005 and 2012.
