Stephane Blondeau-Schwab

Stephane Blondeau-Schwab is an experienced construction director currently leading various giga factory projects across Europe at AESC since October 2022. Previously, Stephane served as Fem Construction Director and later Ett Phase 1 Construction Director at Northvolt, overseeing the transformation of a historical paper mill into a cutting-edge battery plant and managing the construction of the largest battery plant in Europe. With a strong background in project management and business development across the EMEA region, Stephane has held significant roles at The PAC Group, KBS Consulting, Arcadis, AECOM, Sames Technologie, Grafline Group, and co-founding maCADam. Stephane holds a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance and International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Université Joseph Fourier.
