Nicholas Byczynski

Nicholas Byczynski has a strong background in engineering, with a focus on sustainable engineering. Nicholas is currently working as the Director of Sustainable Engineering at AESG. Prior to AESG, Nicholas served as the Director of MEP at WME Consultants from 2016 to 2022. Nicholas also held positions as the Head of MEP (Building Services) UAE at Arcadis from 2015 to 2016, Head of Mechanical Engineering, UAE at Hyder Consulting from 2011 to 2016, and Principal Mechanical Engineer at WSP Group from 2008 to 2011. Nicholas began their career as an Engineer at max fordham in 2003.

Nicholas Byczynski pursued their tertiary education at Loughborough University, where they earned a Meng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1999 to 2003. After several years, in 2022, they enrolled at the Quantic School of Business and Technology to further their education by pursuing an Executive MBA, which they completed the following year in 2023.
