Tamara Bajic

Tamara Bajic has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Tamara is currently working as an Associate Director - Strategy & Advisory at AESG since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Manager - Net Zero Advisory at AESG from June 2022 to January 2023. Before joining AESG, they worked as a Senior Sustainability Consultant at AESG from May 2021 to June 2022.

Tamara also has experience working at the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy - DSM Directorate. Tamara worked as an Assistant Manager from January 2019 to May 2021 and as a Senior Analyst from January 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they were involved in supporting the implementation of the Dubai Demand Side Management (DSM) Strategy 2030.

Earlier in their career, Tamara worked at Vodoremont LLC as a Project Coordinator/Analyst in 2014 and at Hidroremont LLC as a Field Service Specialist in 2012.

Tamara Bajic earned a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Occupational Engineering from the same university from 2009 to 2013. Tamara completed their high school education at Gymnasium "Svetozar Markovć" in Novi Sad from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including "Business and Climate Change: Towards Net Zero Emissions" from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in August 2022, "Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)" from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2018, and "ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification" from IRCA Global in December 2017.
