Amanda Burgesser, PMP, LSSMBB has extensive experience in senior executive roles within the operations and engineering sectors. Amanda currently serves as the Corporate SVP of Operations at Aethercomm, where they lead the Space and Defense Groups in various departments including Program Management, Production, Test Engineering, and Supply Chain. Prior to joining Aethercomm, Amanda worked as the COO of YTM Microsystems, where they directed the company objectives for multi-disciplinary teams and oversaw applications engineering in industries such as semiconductor, aerospace, military, and automotive. Additionally, they held the position of Test Operations - Central Operations Manager at Broadcom Corp, where they led department-wide teams responsible for hardware development for the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) department in both US and international locations. Overall, Amanda brings a wealth of expertise in operations strategy and execution, as well as a strong background in program management and supply chain management.

Amanda Burgesser has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature with a minor in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Long Beach. Amanda obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute. Amanda also holds a Six Sigma-Black Belt from Villanova University. Currently, they are pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their degrees, Amanda has obtained various certifications, including a Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) from Villanova University in 2023 and their first Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2021. Amanda also obtained a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Villanova University in 2016.
