Chris Polowick

Director Software Development at Aethon Aerial

Chris Polowick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris most recently worked at Aethon Aerial Solutions as the Director of Software Development and previously as the Manager of Technology Development. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Technology Development at Rocky Mountain Equipment. Chris co-founded NGF Geomatics, where they held the position of Chief Technology Officer. Chris also worked as a Research Assistant in Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University and as an Engineering Co-op Student at Defence Research and Development Canada Ottawa Research Centre.

Chris Polowick attended Carleton University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Following this, they continued their education at Carleton University from 2011 to 2013, completing their Master of Applied Science degree, specializing in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
