Jasmin R.

Jasmin R. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social research and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Aetion since December 2024, Jasmin previously worked as an Associate Social Researcher at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR), where responsibilities included survey analysis, conducting interviews and focus groups, and report writing for various projects related to safeguarding and the gender pay gap. Jasmin also contributed to funding bids and stakeholder engagement through workshops. Earlier roles included Research Assistant at UNCOVER, where key achievements involved co-leading qualitative research and presenting findings at conferences, as well as training new team members. Additionally, participation in the Young Women's Advisory Board for the Latin American Women's Rights Service and experience as a team player at High Society highlight skills in service delivery and teamwork. Jasmin holds a Master's in Public Health from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Anthropology from UCL.
