Pouya Shabanpour

Pouya Shabanpour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Aetion since October 2022, Pouya previously held the role of Design Team Lead and Senior Principal UX Designer at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research from March 2022 to October 2022. Prior experience at Medidata Solutions included positions as Manager of User Experience Design and Senior User Experience Designer, among others, following the acquisition of Shyft Analytics. Earlier roles include User Experience Designer at ACI Worldwide and Blue Rain Media, and User Experience Designer at Find My Nurse. Pouya holds a Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design and an MBA from Bentley University, as well as a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sahand University of Technology.
