Jan Zatloukal

Jan Zatloukal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jan started their career as an IT Helpdesk Support at UPC Česká republika, s.r.o., where they provided technical support for UPC services and resolved customer issues. Jan then transitioned to the role of CPE Functional Tester, responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of customer premises equipment. Jan also worked as a Senior CPE Engineer & Test Lead, where they coordinated QA and user acceptance activities for video products developed for multiple countries.

Jan later joined Vodafone as a Fixed Access Engineering Business Relationship Manager, where they managed relationships with business stakeholders. Jan then moved to Let It Roll, a music festival company, and served as an Artist Transport Manager. In this role, they coordinated transportation services for artists and larger groups of people attending the festival.

Currently, Jan is employed at Aevi as a System Administrator L3. Jan is responsible for supporting and maintaining the system infrastructure. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Test Analyst, where they conducted manual and automated testing and analysis of payment solutions and supported the development and integration of Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).

Jan Zatloukal attended Palestra College of Physical Education and Sports in Prague from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they focused on Podniková ekonomika a management (Business Economics and Management).

Prior to that, Jan Zatloukal studied at SOAP Karlovy Vary from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Ekonomie a finance (Economics and Finance).

Jan'searlier education was completed at První české Gymnázium v Karlových Varech, where they studied všeobecné vzdělání (General Education) from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jan Zatloukal has obtained certifications to enhance their skills. Jan completed an AWS Essentials certification from Udemy in November 2020. In November 2018, they obtained an iSTQB CTFL certification from Česká společnost pro jakost (Czech Society for Quality).
