Josef Čečerle

Josef Čečerle has a diverse work experience history. Josef started their career in 2010 as a Web Content Administrator at Hudson. In 2011, they joined Lipa Learning as a Junior Tester & UX researcher, where they were involved in functional testing, A/B testing, and UX research for educational mobile apps.

In 2012, Josef joined the company 24U s.r.o. as a Tester, and then in 2013, they worked as a Senior Tester at Wincor Nixdorf (now Diebold Nixdorf) where they tested Android-based payment terminals. During this time, they also performed test analysis, evaluated automated tests, and managed defects in a multicultural working environment.

In 2015, Josef joined AEVI - DO MORE as a Certification Engineer, where they worked on test management and analysis for various products like software for payment terminals, acquirer certifications, mPOS, and acceptance of meal and gift cards. Josef utilized tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, UL Test Tools, JUnit, Cucumber, EMV, Android, iOS, and SoapUI.

Since 2019, Josef has been working as an Information Technology Consultant at Liga otevřených mužů, where they manage IT processes, administers Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce, creates and maintains Wordpress-based websites, and serves as a DTP operator.

Josef Čečerle began their educational journey in 2004 at SPŠ Chomutov, where they studied automated design in mechanical engineering. Josef completed their studies at SPŠ Chomutov in 2008. Following this, they attended Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering from 2008 to 2011, focusing on management and economics in construction.

In addition to their formal education, Josef has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they received a Certificate of Completion for Autodesk AutoCAD, and in 2008, they earned a Certificate of Completion for Autodesk Inventor. In 2015, Josef completed the Interactive Programming in Python course offered by Rice University.

Moving forward, in 2015, Josef obtained several certifications related to project management and IT. These include the SCRUM Intro certification from TAYLLORCOX Czech, the ISMS Intro certification from TAYLLORCOX Czech, the ITIL Intro certification from TAYLLORCOX Czech, and the PRINCE2 Intro certification from TAYLLORCOX Czech. In 2016, they earned the ISTQB - Foundation Level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. More recently, in 2018, Josef obtained an IT Analyst - Introduction certification from Inventi. Additionally, in 2019, they completed a Basic First Aid Course and obtained a Certificate for Graduate from The Czech Red Cross.
