Dayane Ribeiro's work experience begins with their role as a Representative of Customer Service at Wine.com.br from February 2018 to August 2018. Following this, they worked as a Director of Sales and Marketing at AIESEC, the largest youth-led organization globally, from August 2017 to December 2019. Dayane then joined Sá Cavalcante, where they served as an intern from December 2019 to December 2020, an Assistant Financial from January 2021 to June 2021, and an Assistant Sales from June 2021 to August 2021. Afterward, they joined AEVO, initially working as a Customer Success Analyst from August 2021 to February 2022. Dayane then became a Customer Success Coordinator from February 2022 to June 2022. Later, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success and held the position from June 2022 to January 2024. Currently, they work at AEVO as the Head of Customer Operations, responsible for leading the Customer Success and Customer Experience areas to achieve results and ensure value delivery to clients.

Dayane Ribeiro completed a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial) from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Kaplan Business School in 2016 to study the English language as a second language. Dayane also completed their high school education, specializing in Electrotechnics, at Arnulpho Mattos from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Dayane obtained several certifications in subjects such as OKR Management, Future Leadership, Open Innovation, Customer Success, Innovation Structure, and Corporate Innovation.
