Haniele Costa

Haniele Costa has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Haniele currently serves as the Head of Finance and Operations at AEVO as of October 2021. Previously, they worked at International Corp / Rex Diamond where they held the positions of Supervisora Administrativo Financeiro from February 2021 to October 2021 and Analista Administrativo Financeiro from October 2018 to February 2021. In these roles, they were responsible for accounts receivable, credit analysis, customer service, sales support, debt negotiation, financial reporting, as well as HR and payroll tasks.

Before that, Haniele worked at TecVitória Incubadora as the Coordenador Administrativo from November 2017 to October 2018, where they participated in the implementation of the Cerne project, while handling administrative duties and financial tasks.

Earlier in their career, Haniele also gained experience at Bitcast - Inteligência em Hardware as the Gerente Administrativo from March 2016 to November 2017, where they worked as a Scrum Master and project coordinator for a specific project funded by FAPES.

Additionally, they served as the Gerente Administrativo at Gráfica Arco Iris from December 2012 to December 2015, and as an Estagiaria at Vale S/A from January 2011 to December 2011.

- From 2023 to 2024, Haniele attended FAESA and obtained an Executive MBA in Controladoria e Finanças.

- In 2022, Haniele participated in the Innovation Experience Israel, focusing on the Innovation Academy.

- From 2009 to 2012, Haniele studied Bacharelado em Administração at Universidade Vale do Rio Doce.
