Massimiliano Bernes

Massimiliano Bernes is Country Head of Italy for AEW. He is responsible for all Italian business activities, including investments and asset management. Prior to joining AEW in 2011, Massimiliano held the position of Investment Director at La Gaiana SpA, which was part of the Gabetti Group, and was also an Asset Manager for a €6.5bn real estate portfolio at Generali Properties Asset Management. Massimiliano has over 20 years of real estate experience and holds a degree in Business and Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
