Suzanne Martinez

Suzanne Martinez is a Director in AEW Investor Relations with responsibility for marketing AEW’s investment services and for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships. Prior to joining AEW, Ms. Martinez was a Senior Managing Director in the Client Capital Group at LaSalle Investment Management. In this capacity, she worked with current and prospective investors on all aspects of capital sourcing, marketing and investor relations. Prior to that, she held capital markets roles at Avison Young and JLL, where she directed investment sales and transaction advisory efforts. Ms. Martinez earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Communications and Marketing and earned her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She also holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
