Mikael Huldt

Mikael Huldt serves as the Head of Asset Management and Chief Investment Officer at Afa Försäkring since November 2015, overseeing approximately SEK 230 billion in assets under management across various investment categories. Additionally, Mikael holds a board position at SEB Investment Management AB and previously served on the boards of Midstar Hotels AB and Profi III InfraCity AB. Mikael has extensive experience in alternative investments, having worked as Head of Alternative Investments at both Kåpan Pensioner and Afa Försäkring, as well as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Tredje AP-fonden, where responsibilities included managing a substantial global private equity portfolio. Mikael's career began as an Associate at Mannheimer Swartling, focusing on private equity, and included military service as a Captain in the Swedish 1st Marine Regiment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Stockholm University and exchange studies at Western University.
