Stefan Lampinen

Stefan Lampinen has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning various industries. Stefan started their career as a bank clerk and customer advisor at Handelsbanken in 1986. Stefan then worked as an HR officer at Handelsbanken Capital Markets from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they served as an HR manager at Matteus Bank from 2000 to 2001. Stefan joined Astra Zeneca in 2001, where they worked as an HR business partner and later as a global HR business partner until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at RSA Scandinavia Codan Trygg Hansa as an HR performance manager and manager of HR compensation and benefits. Stefan's most recent role is at AFA Försäkring, where they have been the CHRO and Head of HR since 2009.

Stefan Lampinen completed their undergraduate degree from Uppsala University, where they pursued a BSc in Personnel Management and Labour Relations with a specialization in Management and Organization. Stefan studied at Uppsala University from 1989 to 1995. Additionally, they received training in board governance from Board Company and completed a program in Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chefakademin.
