Umar Waseem Pansota has extensive work experience in various roles, including Founder at PEER since 2020, Psychologist, Trainer, Counselor, and Writer at a self-employed position since 2014, and Corporate Consultant at JIESDP (Joint initiative for economic and social development. Pakistan) since 2018. Umar Waseem has also worked as the Director of Training and Development at Epic Pakistan, and served as an Edupreneur, Behavioral Researcher, Counselor, Psychologist, and Trainer at EPIC Pakistan. Furthermore, Umar has experience as the Head of News Department at AFAQ (Association for Academic Quality) and as an Assistant Editor and Feature Writer at Urdu Digest. Umar Waseem Pansota has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the University of California, Davis, where they studied Managing as a Coach in the field of Management.
