Breanna Rhoades, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Breanna Rhoades, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 18 years of Human Resources experience. Breanna began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Allianz Global Investors in 2001. In 2012, they took on the role of Lead BPHR at Infosys. In 2013, they became the Human Resources Director at Afar Media, where they developed and implemented all Human Resources policies and procedures including performance management, recruiting, and training plans and programs in alignment with the company's vision and goals. Breanna also instituted a comprehensive performance management process including goal setting, mid-year check in, self-evaluation, performance evaluation, and 360-degree review process for Sr. Management.

Breanna Rhoades, SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed a BA in Psychology from UC San Diego in 2001. Breanna then completed the HR Leadership Program from UC San Diego in 2008. In 2014, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later that year, they also obtained the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. In July 2020, they renewed their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
