Benno Welmers

Benno Welmers has over a decade of experience in payroll management and HRM consulting, currently serving as Manager CAO beheer at AFAS Software since January 2010. In this role, Benno leads a team responsible for maintaining 185 collective labor agreements across various sectors, facilitating payroll for 1.7 million employees monthly. Prior experience includes the role of CAO Beheerder at AFAS Software, where Benno improved payroll systems covering 170 collective labor agreements for 1.5 million employees in the Netherlands. Additional experience encompasses multiple implementation projects for Profit software at organizations such as GGD Midden Nederland, Tante Louise Vivensis, and Catharina Hospital Eindhoven. Benno’s career began as Resources Manager ICT at DNC Resources B.V. after completing a BS in Marketing at Fontys Hogescholen.
