Matthijs van der Wijst

Matthijs van der Wijst has been a Consultant in the Zorg en Welzijn team at AFAS Software since April 2019, specializing in HRM and Payroll modules within the healthcare and education sectors. Prior to this role, Matthijs gained experience as a Consultancy Trainee in both the Non Profit and Accountancy teams at AFAS, focusing on the development of soft and hard skills. Earlier, Matthijs worked as an Assistant Facilities Manager at Fatels Food Group B.V., as well as a chauffeur for Van der Valk Taxi Service and Freshweb.nl BV, where responsibilities included safe transportation and delivery of goods. Matthijs holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Organization Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as educational experience at the University of Vienna and Gymnasium Felisenum.
