Cg Hintmann

CG Hintmann has significant work experience in the legal field. From 2006 to 2016, CG Hintmann served as the Senior Director of Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel for Lumara Health, a privately-held pharmaceutical company specializing in women's health. They provided legal advice on all aspects of the business, including products with orphan drug designation. Prior to this role, CG Hintmann held a similar position at a publicly traded pharmaceutical corporation with yearly revenues of $600 million and 1,200 employees. In 2016, CG Hintmann joined Afaxys, Inc. as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. They were later promoted to the role of Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Strategy in 2024.

CG Hintmann completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at Loyola University New Orleans from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at Saint Louis University School of Law from 2002 to 2005.
