Jim Koulgeorge

Jim Koulgeorge has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jim is currently the Director of Operations - Northeast Division at AFC Industries since 2022. Previously, they worked at Judd Wire, Inc. where they held positions such as Chief Manufacturing Officer, President, and Director/Vice President/Executive Vice President - Operations, Business Planning. At Judd Wire, they developed and deployed strategies, managed financials, and directed cross-functional collaboration to achieve business targets. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at REXAM GRAPHICS LIMITED.

Jim Koulgeorge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western New England University, which they completed in 1990. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Babson College in 1986.
