Dr. Anthony Townsend

Dr. Anthony Townsend currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee for the South African Society for Clinical Psychology at PsySSA and as a clinical psychologist at A Really Good Therapist Centre, where an integrative therapeutic approach is utilized to address a wide range of mental health issues. In addition, Dr. Townsend holds roles as a guest lecturer at the University of Pretoria, a vice-chair with the Society of Interventional Practitioners South Africa, and a consultant clinical psychologist at Reinach & Burton. Contributions extend to various organizations focused on forensic psychological assessments, neuropsychological practice, and community upliftment initiatives. Dr. Townsend's educational background includes a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Africa and multiple neuroscience courses from the University of Oxford.
