Deogratius Mushi

Deogratius Mushi currently serves as a social scientist at Digby Wells Environmental and is an official member of the AfCFTA Youth Advisory Council. As chief secretary at Climate Hub Tanzania, Deogratius leads strategies for climate change and sustainability, collaborating with various partners to enhance sustainable practices. Previous experience includes a senior information technology manager role at ThinkMate, where Deogratius presented data-driven insights for leadership, and work at RSK Group in the Earth Science Department, focusing on managing social risks in line with IFC Standards. Deogratius has held positions at Tanzania Railways Corporation and Tansheq Limited, engaging in environmental and social assessments, and provided leadership as CEO of FASTSHOPER. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Global Management from Monarch Business School Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang Normal University.
