Clement Wallerand

Clement Wallerand has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Cadre de Santé at AFEJI since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams. Prior to this role, Wallerand worked as a Stagiaire direction at Les Orchidées, focusing on payroll, billing, scheduling, and contract management from May to July 2018. Previous experience includes an internship at Ehpad Saint Jean, conducting nursing care audits in mid-2017, and serving as an Infirmier and Aide-soignant at Ehpad Notre Dame des Anges from 2012 to 2016. Wallerand holds a Master's degree (M2) in Management des Etablissements Sanitaires, Sociaux et Médico-Sociaux from Institut Catholique de Lille, along with a Master's degree (M1) in the same field and a Licence in Formation en soins infirmiers from IFSI Institut Catholique de Lille.
