Ella Siegers

Ella Siegers has extensive experience in coaching and workforce reintegration, currently serving as a Werkcoach at Welzijn Capelle since January 2017. Previously, Ella held the position of Jobcoach at Sagenn from September 2006 to January 2017, where numerous projects were executed for various municipalities, including Gemeente Capelle aan de IJssel and UWV. Additional roles included Lifecoach and Trainer/bemiddelaar for various programs and initiatives. Ella's career began as Bedrijfsleidster at Partners Fashion from 1987 to 1995. Ella is currently pursuing further education at Elan Training B.V. and has foundational training from SG Gijsbert Karel van Hogendorpschool.
