Carl Ruppin

Carl Ruppin has over 15 years of experience in operations and governance. Carl is currently the VP of Operations & Governance at Afficiency. Prior to Afficiency, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Governance and Compliance at MetLife. In this role, they were responsible for advising on product development, marketing, and implementation with a focus on innovative, digital-first distribution. Carl also developed a controls and compliance framework suitable for digital DtC businesses and drove the government relations strategy to align the needs of digital business models with a traditional regulatory framework. Carl has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Peer 2 Peer University, Inc. and the National Copyright Manager at the National Copyright Unit of the Ministerial Standing Council on School Education and Early Childhood.

They are on a team with John Breslin - VP, Sales, Alex McKirnan - VP, Sales. Their manager is Mark Scafaro, Co-Founder & CEO.
