Donald D. Slominski, Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of McNaughton McKay Electric Company. McNaughton McKay operates over 40 electrical distribution locations in the United States of America and Germany. He has served in this capacity since his appointment in 2005.
Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Slominski was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, serving in this capacity since 2002. Donald began his employment at McNaughton McKay Electric Company in December 1996 as the Director of Finance – Southern Region.
Mr. Slominski holds an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University and B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. In addition, Mr. Slominski is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Slominski served on the board of directors of EDGE Investment Partners, LLC ("EDGE") from its formation in 2012 through 2017. EDGE was created by several electrical distribution companies to invest in distribution opportunities outside of North America, primarily in emerging markets.
Mr. Slominski resides in Northville, Michigan with his wife Carrie. He enjoys traveling with his family and golf in his leisure time.
Mr. Slominski joined the AD LLC Board in 2013. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee.
