Mr. Horsman is the President and CEO of E.B. Horsman & Son and is the fifth generation Horsman involved in the company. Established in 1900, E.B. Horsman & Son is independently owned and operated with 22 strategically placed locations and technical divisions in Western Canada. They serve contractors, purchasers and specifiers in the Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Institutional markets. They have achieved platinum level status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies program and have a longstanding heritage of helping the people and communities in which they work.
Tim has been involved in many facets of the electrical industry for more than twenty years and is actively involved in a variety of industry associations. He has held the position of Chairman of the Board for the British Columbia Electrical Association and Electro-Federation Canada. He also sits on AD’s Canadian Electrical Divisional Board.
Tim graduated from Royal Roads University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management. He is a lifelong learner who continues his leadership development as an active member in YPO and TEC Vistage.
Tim lives in West Vancouver, BC with his wife and their two daughters. The family enjoys travel and live a very active outdoor lifestyle, with their most memorable family times being spent hiking, biking, skiing, in their very special back yard, Whistler, BC.
