Louis T. Somma

Louis Somma focuses on public company, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining AMG in 2014, he was a Counsel at Ropes & Gray LLP, concentrating in capital markets and public company representation. Mr. Somma serves on the Board of Trustees for the Essex Historical Society and Shipbuilding Museum. Mr. Somma received a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as the editor-in-chief of The Legal Information Institute, and received a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.
