Crystal Lannaman

Crystal Lannaman has a diverse work experience spanning several high-profile companies. Crystal is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Affiliated Monitoring since June 2022.

Prior to their current role, Crystal held various positions at BASF, starting in 2013. Crystal'sroles included Head of Talent Acquisition & University Relations, where they oversaw teams responsible for hiring, campus recruitment, diversity recruitment, and employer branding. Crystal also had the responsibility of driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost savings. Crystal also served as the Talent Solutions Start-Up Director, where they established standard operating procedures, KPIs, and communication cadence for a new HR operating model. Crystal developed a compelling vision and strategy to energize their team while ensuring effective resource allocation.

Before BASF, Crystal worked at Barnes & Noble as an HR Business Leader from July 2012 to April 2013. Crystal also gained significant experience at Procter & Gamble, where they held the role of HR Business Partner from May 2005 to July 2012, handling both regional and global responsibilities. Crystal began their career at The Coca-Cola Company in June 2003, where they worked in Sales & Business Planning until August 2004.

Crystal Lannaman attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Crystal later pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also in Business Administration and Management, General.
