Donald Stern

Donald Stern is a seasoned legal professional with over forty years of experience in government and private practice. Currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Monitoring and Consulting Services at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. since June 2013, Donald specializes in corporate compliance and monitoring. Donald has held significant roles at various law firms, including Of Counsel at Yurko, Salvesen & Remz, P.C., Senior Counsel and Partner at Cooley LLP, and Partner at Bingham McCutchen. Donald’s distinguished career includes serving as United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Chief Legal Counsel to the Governor of Massachusetts, and key positions at Hale and Dorr LLP and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Donald is also an experienced educator, having taught the Government Lawyer course at Harvard Law School. Donald holds a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
