Stephen Nemmers is the Director of Monitoring Operations at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. Stephen previously served as the Deputy Director at Massachusetts, Div of Professional Licensure. Prior to that, Stephen was the Commander of the 82nd Medical Group in the United States Air Force. Stephen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical & Experimental Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
