Eva-Bettina Böttger-Kaul

Eva-Bettina Böttger-Kaul has extensive experience in corporate communications. Eva-Bettina currently serves as the Director of Corporate Communications at Affimed since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Executive Leadership Communications Healthcare at Merck Gruppe from April 2021 to January 2022. Eva-Bettina also worked at Getinge, where they held various roles including Director of Sites Communication for global manufacturing sites, Director of Communications for Acute Care Therapies, and Director of Corporate Communications for Acute Care Therapies. Eva-Bettina joined Getinge in January 2016 and left in April 2021.

Before their time at Getinge, Eva-Bettina worked as the Global Corporate Communications Manager at Maquet Getinge Group from April 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Communication at Sanofi Pasteur MSD from September 2005 to April 2011. Eva-Bettina started their career in corporate communications at Pfizer in October 1999 and worked there until August 2005 as a Referentin Unternehmenskommunikation.

Eva-Bettina Böttger-Kaul completed their education in a chronological order. Eva-Bettina first attended RWTH Aachen from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Magistra Artium degree. Their fields of study included Germanistik, Anglistik, and Psychologie. After a gap, they pursued further education at Quadriga Hochschule Berlin from 2010 to 2012. During this period, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Communication & Leadership.
