Eric Tigas

Eric Tigas is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various managerial and technical roles. Currently serving as Manager of the IT Operations Center at Affinion Group since June 2019, Tigas has previously held positions such as Senior Technical Account Manager at Convergys and Site IT Manager at Stream Global Services. Starting a career at PLDT as a QCI Engineer, Tigas has also led IT support at One Global Contact Center and managed telecommunications at epacific Global USA. Tigas holds an MBA from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
