James O'Donnell

James O'Donnell has extensive experience in quality management and training within the e-learning sector, currently serving as the Manager of Quality and Training - Knowledge Management at Affinion Group since October 2006. O'Donnell oversees content development and operational management for E-Learning and agent knowledge bases across multiple global contact centers, including enterprise compliance training initiatives. Previous roles include Supervisor of Online Resources and Help Systems/E-Learning Designer, with a focus on managing Learning Content Management Systems and developing e-learning courses. Prior to Affinion Group, O'Donnell was employed as the Manager of Training and served as the Director of Technology for the City of Bexley, where the establishment of the Information Systems Department was achieved, leading to its recognition and growth. O'Donnell holds degrees from The Ohio State University and the Ohio Institute of Technology.
